regd: tortise svn query

Hi There,

using tortise svn,
> when there are 2 users modified the changes in the same file, 2nd person
tries to commit the change without doing svn update, then user get commit
failed "file is out of date" error and click on ok goes to update/Cancel
popup screen
> on click of update changes are merged if no conflict, and on click on
cancel, nothing happens.

I want this update options to disable when out of dateand have cancel
button alone.

Please let me know what to be done on this.
