German Text truncated in Overlay settings, tooltip missing and option not explained in help

Hi,
I found 3 issues with a TSVN setting.
1st: In the overlay options the text "Beim übertragen zu ignorierende Dateien markieren den Elternordner nicht als modifiziert." is too long and truncated.
2nd: this text has no tooltip. I searched the .po file for the complete message.
3rd: the message is not explained in the help
I'm using TSVN 1.8.7.25475 x64 (German) on a German Windows 8 x64 (6.2.9200).
