TortoiseMerge: Wrong text cursor position if there are some double byte character

As attached file "01.png" shows:
Using mouse to click at one Chinese word, the text cursor stops at wrong position.
The other attached file "Test.txt" is my testing file.
Please fix it. Thank you. ^_^
