Feature request: TortoiseMerge support to switch INS/OVR mode

Currently, TortoiseMerge only have INS mode.
OVR is not support.

"INS"(insert) -> insert character while typing.
"OVR"(overwrite) -> replace the next character while typing.

I wish TortoiseMerge to support OVR.
Like almost of text editor do:
Press the keyboard "Insert" key to change status of that "Mode" to OVR or back to INS.
