Feature request: tortoisemerge "ignore trailing whitespace changes" option

Folks:

There needs to be another level of whitespace change processing between "ignore whitespace changes" and "ignore all whitespace changes": "ignore trailing whitespace changes". This would simplify review of code cleanup modifications without obscuring changes to whitespace in literal string constants (for example).
