Where are the Release Candidates?

Hello!

I thought I might download the current RC to see if the issue I had
reported was fixed - but I can't find them...
Is it just me or are there only language packs in that folder?

I would have expected to find the latest RC there (even if it might be
a bit older than a week or so...)
Am I looking in the wrong place?
