Just tried the test on my Notebook: it works.
But it's the same Version as on my Desktop where I created the test case:

TortoiseSVN 1.8.6, Build 25419 - 64 Bit , 2014/04/12 11:40:48

So I imagine, that the Problem only Shows up, when the commits in the branches are done previously on the same machine. May this be possible?
