Adding Folders to SVN

Hard drive on Machine A has a folder registered as an SVN repository. How can I register it on Machines B and C?
Another question: what is the procedure for adding a folder to SVN, when that folder resides outside the existing folder tree containing other, registered folders? Again, it will be necessary to add it on three machines.
