Thanks for this suggestion.

This is actually not faster as the separate Add and commit, because I
have to browse one folder up, open the commit dialog, search for the
file which I have to add and click it.
Then, again, navigate within the original folder.

BTW, I do not usually display unversioned files within commit dialog
because they disturb me. And no, I do not want to maintain a list of
ignored files :).
