Remove multiple selections in svn:externals editor

One of the nice recent-ish feature additions to TortoiseSVN was the
editor dialog for the svn:externals property. It can be much more
user-friendly than a plantext field.

But I found a strange behavior today. The dialog listing all the
external rules allows you to select multiple rules by shift-clicking a
series of them. When I do this, then hit the "Remove" button, I expect
that all selected rules would be deleted.

Instead, only the first rule in the selection gets removed.

Is this intentional, or a bug?

I'm using TortoiseSVN 64-bit version 1.8.6.
