Relocate To URL history

Feature Suggestion:

Scenario 1:

* A developer has many working copies checked out from a given server.
* The server repository changes location and/or protocol.
The developer thus has to use the Relocate command on each of the working copies.

Scenario 2:

* There exists a set of repositories which have been setup using Write-through proxying. (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.7/svn.serverconfig.httpd.html#svn.serverconfig.httpd.extra.writethruproxy )
* Some of the developers move between physical locations.
The developers would thus want to relocate their currently active working copy to the local mirror as they move between locations.

What happens currently:

* Each time the Relocate dialog opens, it displays the "From URL" (the root of the server repository) and has a combo-box box for the "To URL" with only one entry (a copy of the From URL). If there is only one choice, why is this a combo box as opposed to just a field?

What is desired:

* Have the successful "To URL"s remembered and given as other possible choices in the combo box.
* Fancier: Have these remembered URLs also store the UUID of the associated repository such that URLs that are known to not work could be filtered out.
