issue tracker plugin, ExampleAtlPlugin

<div>I wanted to test the ExampleAtlPlugin which I found on http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/contrib/issue-tracker-plugins/ExampleAtlPlugin/ for checking how to create an issue tracker for tortoisesvn.</div>
<div>After compiling successfully I tried to generate the .reg file with regasm as described in http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/contrib/issue-tracker-plugins/issue-tracker-plugins.txt.</div>
<div>But when I am executing regasm I get a message which says that my dll could not be loaded, because it is not a valid .NET assembly.</div>
