Export file failure, file name parsing error

Trying to Export this repository:
https://github.com/christopherpow/nes-test-roms

TortoiseSVN messes up on this file:
https://github.com/christopherpow/nes-test-roms/blob/master/other/Duelito%20-%20L%E9eme.txt

I've no idea if this is a TortoiseSVN specific issue or it's related to the SVN library itself, but I'm assuming the first. In the Repo-browser the file appears as 'Duelito - Leme.txt' and exporting also fails from there with the error "URL 'https://github.com/christopherpow/nes-test-roms/trunk/other/Duelito%20-%20Leme.txt' doesn't exist", this enforces the idea of your program for whatever reason misreading the file name.

This is the log from the Export operation:

Export
======
nes-test-roms
nes-test-roms\MMC1_A12
nes-test-roms\MMC1_A12\MMC1.asm
...
nes-test-roms\other\BladeBuster.nes
nes-test-roms\other\CMC80s.NES
nes-test-roms\other\DROPOFF7.NES
XML parsing failed: (200 OK)

Of course tested using the up-to-date version 1.8.5.25287, Windows XP SP3. I think I can't be more verbose at this point :) this is enough info right? Thanks in advance for your response!

PD: Booo for stopping support for us XP users, it was *that* hard to maintain the 'compatibility' code in CommitMonitor?
