Issues with commiting

Hello!
I have bought a new computer 3 months ago, and have since been having a problem with SVN. Commiting simply doesn't work for me.

Here's what the log says:

Commit failed (details follow):
MKACTIVITY request on '/svn/!svn/act/5c3400eb-b87f-7a4b-ba59-d3f77ab1eab5'
 failed: 405 Method Not Allowed
Additional errors:
