Bug: Source path is truncated in auto-generated merge messsages

From: Aaron Johnson <aaron.johnson_at_mynah.com>
Date: Fri, 28 Feb 2014 10:06:47 -0600

When I merge a range of revisions, the auto-generated merge log message
always crops the first two characters from the source path.

Here is a recent example:
Merged revision(s) 12852 from unk:

"unk" should be "trunk"

This happens regardless of source or destination.

I am using the 64-bit build of TSVN on Windows 7.
