File location (folder) for "Save revision to"

Hi!

In an earlier version of Tortoise the default folder (file location) for the "Save revision to" dialogue was the current project folder. Some time ago this behavior was changed. Hence Tortoise will now save a file to the last used folder which is not very useful for me, because I always had to manually browse to the current project folder.
Is there any setting or other way to change this behavior?
