Multilanguage TSVN?

Dear Sirs,
I have several projects that I keep in SVN repositories, and I am fond
of TSVN to manage them.
The problem I have is that some of them require logs in english, while
others in native language.
Is it possible to install mode than one language pack and switch between
them easily?

This way it should be possible to profit on spell checking in both
languages.
