Error occurs at update on Win if file is open in e.g. Word

On Win7, if:
- a file is open(owned) by e.g. Word
- an SVN update is run
- the open Word file is to be updated

then an error occurs, as shown in the attached screendump, after a long stall during the update, and it is subsequently required to do a SVN cleanup.

The result is that the apparently simple process of an update suddenly takes much longer.

Suggestion: Make some other handling, e.g. skip or break, but without lengthy stall of update and subsequent requirements for cleanup.
