Merge-wizard: "old" specific revisions given not selected in log dialog after "show all"

Hi TortoiseSVN-developers,

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.8.4, Build 24972 - 64 Bit on a Windows 7 machine.

I already searched the forum, I think this is related to a feature that came with r20045.

What I did:
I right-clicked on my trunk working copy in windows explorer and from the context menu I selected "merge". In the appearing dialog I clicked the next-button (with "merge a range of revisions" selected) and then - in the step called "Merge revision range" - I selected the branch to merge from and entered one specific revision number below.

Then I opened the log dialog by clicking the "Show log"-button next to the "specific range" edit. As the entered revision number was about 500 revisions "older" than HEAD, actually, this revision was not shown in the log dialog initially. So I clicked "Show all" with the "stop on copy" checkbox checked. The entered revision showed up when scrolling down, but

what happened:
it was not marked selected.

What I would have expected:
I would have expected the revision to be marked selected, as it is listed in the "specific range" edit.

I actually discovered this behaviour the first time last week when using the commandline options of TortoiseProc with:
/command:merge /path:... /fromurl:... /revrange:...

Back then, for param /revrange: I gave a generated list of "recent" and "older" revisions. The merge dialog showed up with the list of revisions filled properly into the "specific range" edit. I then wanted to do a last check of the selected revisions using the log dialog. The more recent revisions where marked but I had to click "Show all" to see the whole history of the branch and discovered the described behaviour.

So generally I think that all revisions that are not shown initially when opening the log dialog will stay unmarked after clicking "Show all", even if they are listed in the "specific range" edit.

Maybe you could have a look on this.
Thank you very much.

Regards,
Thorsten
