TortoiseSVN should not allow Windows to enter 'sleep' or 'hibernate' mode during continuous operations

For huge SVN repositories the 'commit' or 'update' command may be performed
for a long time (half an hour and more). And if the 'sleep' or 'hibernate'
mode is turned on then entering this state will break a connection to a
server and an operation will fail.

The call of SetThreadExecutionState function at the beginning and at the
ending of continuous operations will prevent Windows entering sleep or
hibernate state.
