If the IP address is working and the name is not, then it's likely that
something is wrong with one of the following:

  1. the server's vhosts
  2. the server's DNS
  3. the client's DNS cache
  4. DNS caches between the client and the server

For #3, try using "ipconfig /flushdns". For #4, the only cure is time.

Try pinging the name and see what you get.
