Explorer crushes with TortoiseSVN 1.8.4

Hello,
I've installed 64-bit version of 1.8.4 release on Windows 7. Now I have
very strange issues with Explorer. There are two scenarious:
1) I open one or several Explorer windows and press right mouse button on
any file or folder to display context menu and do anything - copy/paste,
see properties,etc. Or I can just open context menu and do nothing.
Then I close all Explorer windows. When I close last one - I get error
message that explorer stopped working and some additional info:

Does anybody know what could be wrong?
