RE: 1.8.4 64-bit MSI is identical to 1.8.3 64-bit MSI

In my experience, the hyperlink for the x64 release at http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html points to the binary named “TortoiseSVN-1.7.6.22632-x64-svn-1.7.4.msi”.
Having read existing replies to this message, perhaps I should phrase that differently. Clicking the hyperlink at the TortoiseSVN Downloads (tortoisesvn.net), my browser was directed to the Sourceforge Repository whereby the file “TortoiseSVN-1.7.6.22632-x64-svn-1.7.4.msi” was automatically downloaded.
Finding this peculiar, I returned to Sourceforge and manually searched the repo to proceed in downloading TortoiseSVN-1.8.4.24972-x64-svn-1.8.5.msi .
I expect a new, or novice user might not recognize the inconsistency, hence my commentary.
