You are flaming a 5 month old post?
There is really no need to respond like that. It is *very* common for
people to use the wrong term, even when English is their first language
(count the number of times people refer to the repository when they mean
the working copy) so it was not unreasonable for Gabri to assume you meant
"Ribbon" when you said "Menu" since that was the subject of the post.
As to whether it is possible to hide the menu as well as the ribbon, I
don't know. It kinda makes sense, but don't know if the ribbon API allows
that to be done. You say that other software does this - do you mean
software with a ribbon? What happens to the icon in the top left that
overlaps the title bar and the menu bar?
