Global-ignore - web-host only

Yes I posted about this before, but most of the answers seemed to refer to things an admin could do on the repository side. I am using CloudForge as a web-hosted repository and it works great, except for the ignore list.

Or else I just got more confused.

So feel free to ignore this, unless you have experience with a web-hosted service.

I will post this over at CloudForge as well.
