I was informed that I can only use TSVN 1.8 in order to access the repository. After I upgraded my TSVN, I attempted to access my second repository (which was not upgraded to FSFS 6) using the repo-browser. The cursor just spins but nothing happens; there is no time-out, etc. Everything I have read states that TSVN 1.8 is downward compatible with earlier versions of the SVN but I cannot seem to access the repository. I hope this helps.
