But I should have done that before uninstalling TortoiseSVN ...

I have deinstalled (or just deleted?) TortoiseSVN a year ago and still
tsvncache.exe slows down my notebook significantly.

So how to prevent the process tsvncache.exe from starting - without having
TortoiseSVN installed anymore?
