Hello!
Some additional information:
I work with Win7 and need to run some applications inside a WinXP VM which has
access to the directory the problematic VC is in.
In my case shutting down my WinXP virtual machine and restarting "clean up" succeeded.
If some "network" access to a file hangs, the clean-up command seems to
fail with "please run clean up".
