Overlay problems with 1.8.2 version

Hi, I have a problem with updating overlays icons using TortoiseSVN 1.8.2.
When other users modify a file in the repository and do a commit command, my
working copy doesn't change the overlay icons...the directory and the file
still remains with green icon but I expected to see that those icons change
to red.
My Tortoise setup in icon overlays is:
- Status chache = Defaults.
- Drive type = Fixed.
- Exclude paths = * ( or C:\* or c:*...I've try all...)
_ Incllude paths = h:\work (that is the directory where there is ma
sub-drectory working copy)

No way to see any change....
