Renamed folder gets restored locally

I've renamed a folder on the server using the repository browser from 4.9
to 4.9.0.
I remove this folder locally and do a SVN update.
A new folder called 4.9 is created instead of 4.9.0.

I've tried Cleanup but nothing helps. When I look at the repository browser
I see the renaming was successful. When I go to Codeplex I also see the
renaming is successful.

What do I need to do to let TortoiseSVN use the new folder name instead of
the old one?

Version info:
TortoiseSVN 1.8.2, Build 24708 - 64 Bit , 2013/08/27 19:20:39
Subversion 1.8.3, -release
apr 1.4.8
apr-util 1.5.2
serf 1.3.1
OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013
zlib 1.2.8

Thanks,

Paul
