Overlays in 1.8.2 not always showing/updating

I have never had problems with the overlays prior to upgrading to 1.8.2. I am on Windows 7 64-Bit os... and the overlays sometimes don't show on my working copy roots or don't show correctly. Sometimes clicking into it and then going back up a level causes it to refresh.

When something happens that should change the overlay, like modifying a file, or committing, the overlays don't always update either... I have to run clean up.

I have status cache set to default.

In the Status Columns section I have only " "ignore-on-commit" files do not mark parent folder modified" checked.

In drive types I have "fixed drives" checked.

In exclude paths I have "*"

In include paths I have "c:\development".

All my working copies are in c:\development
