I assume you mean that the file does not exist in the repo, not that
you are adding a file which doesn't exist on your local PC.

Do you get asked to send a crash report?

Which protocol are you using (http:// https:// svn:// svn+ssh:// file://)?

What version is the server?

TSVN has many thousands of users not reporting this problem, so there
must be something different in your setup which we need to get to the
bottom of.
