"Commit to:" path incorrect

Hi,

I'm using TortoiseSVN version 1.8.2.24708-win32-svn-1.8.3.

I'm trying to commit a file using the context menu and when I get the Commit Dialog, the path at the top is actually a combination of 2 different paths.

How do I change the 'Commit to' path to show the correct path to commit the file to?

I did go into settings and cleared the URL history and the Action log but it did no good.

Any ideas and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
