I don't think this is TSVN specifically trying to close it. The
Windows Installer needs to shut down programs that are using DLLs that
it's going to replace, because in-use files can't be replaced. Your AV
just happens to be using (or accessing) one or more of the DLLs TSVN
is using.

I have never had TSVN's installer prompt me to shut down the AV on my
systems, so it's not universal to all AV products.
