Restore After Commit fails to recover a file that was completely de-changed.

If I mark a file for Restoring, and manually I happen to remove ALL changes
made to it, and save that file, it doesn't get committed (of course) and
doesn't get Restored, either (which is quite bad).

Or am I doing something wrong?
