feature-request: full support of /bugid: command line switch for TortoiseProc.exe

Hello.
We are using bugtraq flags in our SVN repository.
We also have some scripts for automating tasks to create a branch for new feature/bug, prepare a working environment in database, prepare Jenkins job for branch etc.

For purposes of branch creation we use command:
  TortoiseProc.exe /command:copy /path...
This command however does not support the /bugid parameter, and developers need to enter the feature/bug number manually each time.

It would be very convenient, to have the TortoiseProc.exe supporting the /bugid parameter for every possible command, this way it could fulfill it's destiny - allow actual automation.
