can not find option "Re-open commit and branch/tag dialog after a commit failed"

at version 1.8.1- 64bit.
I can not find the option "Re-open commit and branch/tag dialog after a commit failed".
At the help page "http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-settings.html", the option is exist.
So is it a bug?
