Sorry, but there is no option to activate this. It has been removed on
purpose and for a good reason: The data shown there wasn't very accurate
when neon as the DAV library was used. But now that serf is the only DAV
library svn can use, that data is completely wrong and unusable. I've
created an issue for this in the svn issue tracker a long time ago:
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3260

But since it doesn't look like this is going to be resolved any time
soon, I've removed the info label: showing wrong data is much worse than
showing nothing at all.
