Unable to connect to repository after upgrading to 1.8.1

After upgrading to version 1.8.1, I can no longer Commit, Update or another other function. During Commit it will set there until I cancel, then will get message Unable to connect to a repository.
But I can connect using IE and sign in using my user ID and password, also I can connect outside of my company network. No changes to the network\firewall has been reported.

I am using Windows 7 64bit
