bug 1.8 improper http

hi,

i start upgrading to 1.8 server is ok but Customer in version 1.8 have this bug

Error retrieving REPORT: The server sent an improper HTTP response

but people with 1.7 still running ok

i try to find the bug anywhere and i start to post here if people have allready see it ?
