I've found myself accidentally running commands on single files from
time to time, because the handling of which file is selected in
Windows 7 seems to have been changed since Windows XP. Mostly, a
right-click doesn't seem to change the selection, so if I've already
selected a single file and then right-click somewhere else, the
command runs on that single file anyway. Maybe you did something
similar?
