Cosmetic defect - Undo Add..

I noticed a small cosmetic error in the context menus. I see no reference
to this defect in the bug lists.

Having selected a file with TortoiseSVN > Add, the selected file gets a '+'
overlay on the icon. Opening the context menu on the same file, and
selecting TortoiseSVN >, the sub-menu now displays "Undo Add..". The
operation opens a dialog box for confirmation of the change. This operates
correctly.

The text should read "Undo Add...", using uppercase 'A' and 3 dots, not 2
for the ellipsis.

Searching through the TortoiseSVN source files (slurped very easily by
clicking on the tortoise at http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html), I see
the current text spread throughout many files, but mostly in *.po files in
the ./Languages/ sub-directory. Also, TortoiseDoc.pot and TortoiseUI.pot
are inconsistent using "Undo Add..." (1 time, uppercase 'A') or "Undo
add..." (2 times, lowercase 'a').

There are a couple of additional instances in the
./doc/source/en/TortoiseSVN/ sub-tree in .XML files, with the same
inconsistency.

Thank you, Michael
