Error on Browsing and Updating/Committing‏

Hello all guys! I have a serious trouble with Tortoise SVN. The first problem is: When i browse a repository, i can only see the repository list but not the inside foldes (trunk, branch, tags). When i click on any repository the window freezes and if i click again it says "Tortoise SVN Repository Browser is not responding" (Windows error).The second thing i tried, is to Commit or Update changes. When i do i from my windows explorer folder, the "action dialog" (where the updating and commiting files are shown) does not show any activity. Just the white box and only the "Transfer ..." label changes.
I tried to reinstall the TortoiseSVN, upgraded to 1.8.1 , tried on a Windows 7 64-bit and 32-bit.
Any other ideas??
