Unable to contact repository after Upgrade to 1.8.1

Yesterday i upgraded TortoiseSVN from 1.7.10 to 1.8.1. Since then i can't contact my repository anymore. Unfortunately the error message is in german. Translated it is:

Normally every socket address should only be used once.

Did anyone had a similar problem?
