Branch/Tag dialog seems to display incorrect revision number for each external in 1.8.0

I apologize if this issue has already been spoken to; searching for the
relevant terms doesn't produce much.

After upgrading to TSVN 1.8, I noticed that the "Revision" column in the
Branch/Tag dialog displays the current revision number for the working
copy's root, next to each of the externals listed, instead of the
current revision for each external.

In other words, with 1.7.x, I would see something like this in the
Revision column:

977
7
643
92
521

Now, I see this:

1224
1224
1224
1224
1224

where 1224 is the current revision at the root of the working copy.

If this is fixed in 1.8.1, then please disregard. (I can't reboot the
system at the moment, and therefore cannot test myself.)
