I'm assuming that's a web view of your repository. I'm also assuming
that directories would show at the top, so most likely you had a
single folder working copy.

That is surprising. If it were a versioned folder I would expect to
see Upgrade working copy as an entry, and if unversioned then a
checkout entry.

As you don't appear to have that many files or a complex hierarchy I
think the simplest solution for you would be to make a fresh checkout
in a new directory, then overwrite the newly checked out files (latest
in repository) with the ones from your backup (latest from your local
working copy). You can then commit those back to the repository.
