There isn't main menu in the ToroiseMerge!

Hi there!
I use Windows XP (32 bit) and I've recently installed latest TortoiseSVN 1.8.0 (Build 24401 - 32 Bit) on it.
So, I was confused when TortoiseMerge was launched. There aren't any main menus in the ToroiseMerge! I could see neither of menu kinds (bar and ribbon).
