Managing all working copy externals in a single interface?

One of my favorite features of TSVN is the ability to create a
branch/tag and peg external revision numbers in the simple, intuitive
interface that is labeled "Set explicit revison for these externals".

I would love to see the same functionality offered for the working copy,
as a whole. In other words, I'd love to be able to right-click on any
directory within the working copy and see a list of all externals that
are defined at or beneath that directory, and peg their revision numbers
in exactly the same way that the branch/tag dialog provides.

Maybe this functionality already exists and I'm simply overlooking it.

Any pointers are much appreciated!
