ToitoiseSVN 1.7.13 does not run at al in Windows 7 x64 gving error 0xc000007b

Hello,

We've got one laptop running Windows 7 pro x64 (other PC's are still
running Windows XP x86).

I've installed version 1.7.13.24257 on that machine and when I try to
start Tortoise SVN (setting or any other binary) I get the error 'The
application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)'.

I've read something about MFC 2010 runtime. I reinstalled the x64 redist
files (SP1), but still it does not work!
