Merge dialog and local copy with only ignore-on-commit changes

Hi.

While ago I requested that "ignore on commit" files should not mark
working copy as modifed. That works fine, thank You!

But, when doing a "Merge" into such working copy, a warning is shown
that working copy contains local modifications. I would like if this
change list would be ignored there as well, or at least there should
be different text when only "ignore-on-commit" files are present.
